Priyanka Patel advises clients on a range of corporate and project matters, including M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and cross-border matters in the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors. Priyanka also has experience working on production sharing contracts, joint operating agreements, joint ventures, governance matters and complex infrastructure asset sales.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Priyanka spent six months on secondment to BP Plc.
