Rebecca Terrace is a Senior Sssociate in Squire Patton Boggs' Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group. Her experience extends to a wide variety of commercial sectors, including retail, leisure, energy and natural resources, project finance and real estate, and includes advising office holders, turnaround directors, financial institutions, creditors and distressed companies on formal insolvency procedures, including administration, liquidation and receivership, as well as advising both lenders and borrowers in relation to the restructuring and refinancing of distressed facilities. Rebecca also has experience acting for both lenders and borrows in large multijurisdictional finance transactions.
