Mr. Low is experienced in drafting and negotiating telecommunications agreements involving the provision of video, internet, and digital phone services, and acts as outside counsel for one of the nation's largest cable operators.  Clients also rely on Mr. Low to draft, negotiate, and close on complex domestic and international licensing and commercial transactions and agreements.

Mr. Low's experience includes all aspects of domestic and international intellectual property protection and enforcement, as well as privacy and data security enforcement and software licensing agreements.
