Ryan Lee is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group in the firm's Century City office. 

Areas of Practice

Ryan’s practice focuses primarily on corporate matters and transactional due diligence. He advises on M&A transactions, licensing agreements, and other similar matters.

Before joining Sheppard Mullin, Ryan worked as an associate at a boutique corporate firm where he represented both growing start-ups and established companies in a wide variety of corporate matters, including video game license agreements, entity formation and conversion, real estate leases, and venture capital financings.

Ryan graduated from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where he participated in the King Hall Family Protection Clinic engaging in pro bono work for disadvantaged clients.
