Samantha DeLee is a Mergers and Acquisitions and Finance associate at the firm and a member of the Power practice group.

Samantha’s practice focuses on buying and selling renewable energy projects throughout the United States, assisting sponsors with debt and tax equity financing, and assisting project owners with power purchase agreements and other forms of offtake agreements.

Samantha enjoys working with clients to understand both short-term and long-term goals and to help achieve those goals efficiently.
