I am a recent Master of Business graduate from the University of New Orleans, and I am proud to join the Performlaw team. My professional focus is Organizational Development. I create strategies to improve the business operations of our clients with respect and congruence to all segments of the organization, yielding customized and comprehensive plans to best meet their needs.

I am passionate about Culture and Engagement Development because I believe building strong, positive, and productive organizations begins with building the best teams. To build great teams, organizations must have a culture of equity. 

Having an organization with a culture of equity requires a commitment to being intentional in hiring and promoting practices. I work with firms to ensure they are using the best strategies to support an equitable work environment and provide valuable insight as I guide and facilitate the implementation of Culture, Engagement, and DEI initiatives.
