Sarah J. Delaney is a long-time member of Goldberg Segalla's growing insurance coverage team. Her practice concentration is on insurance coverage analysis and litigation, professional liability and appellate practice. Ms. Delaney's coverage experience covers a very broad range, including bad faith, personal and advertising injury, intentional torts, pollution claims, no-fault claims and fraud. She handles insurance coverage litigation and provides complex coverage opinions. Ms. Delaney graduated Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of law, where she was a governmental law center fellow and publications editor of the Human Rights Law Review.
Ms. Delaney has lectured and presented on a number of topics relating to insurance coverage, including insurance coverage for the trucking industry, insurance coverage for construction operations, and comparative analysis of insurance coverage issues in the Northeast states. She is a regular contributor to CaseWatch: Insurance, Goldberg Segalla's bi-weekly insurance coverage newsletter. Ms. Delaney is the co-author of "Waiver, Estoppel and the Duty to Defend," in Insurer's Duty to Defend: A State Law Compendium, Defense Research Institute (DRI), 2005.- Goldberg Segalla LLP
