Stacey focuses her practice on real estate matters and represents business owners with commercial real estate holdings, residential real estate developers, residential and commercial property buyers and sellers, builders, condominium associations, and landlords and tenants. Stacey's practice includes consulting and negotiation on and review and drafting of a variety of real estate-related documents and instruments for both residential and commercial real estate matters, including leases, buy and sell agreements, financing documents, easements, construction contracts, and boundary disputes.
