Steve Mattingly is a member of the Litigation Department and the Commercial Litigation practice group. Steve has significant experience defending physicians in medical malpractice cases, including cases involving serious surgical complications. He frequently litigates cases involving business torts, personal injury, and the enforceability of arbitration provisions. Steve has appellate experience before Kentucky appellate courts and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Additionally, he has represented banks in federal regulatory proceedings, defended clients in federal criminal cases, and represented healthcare providers before state licensure boards.
