Stevie Holbrook is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group, where she advises clients on a range of corporate matters, including commercial transactions, M&A transactions, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

While in law school, she served as the online articles editor and managing editor of the Cleveland State Law Review and worked as an academic excellence fellow. Stevie also holds a Master of Business Administration and brings a strong understanding of the intersection between business and legal issues.
