Susan B. Zaunbrecher is Chair of the Corporate Department and Chair of the Financial Institutions Practice Group. Susan is a member of the firm's Board of Directors. She is the founder, former chair and now member of the firm's Professional Development Committee and Leadership Academy and founder and member of the Diversity Committee. Susan is experienced in all areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and securities law, particularly as it pertains to all types of financial institutions. She has been involved with organizing denovo institutions, bank restructuring, capital formation, the purchase and sale of holding companies and banks and all aspects of regulatory compliance, as well as, these activities for other types of businesses, including hospitals, manufacturing and service companies.
