Talia counsels clients on privacy, data, and security matters, including GDPR, CCPA, CPA, and VCDPA readiness. She also advises on data privacy and IT matters related to mergers and transactions.

Talia is a Certified Information Privacy Professional for the United States (CIPP/US). In the technology space, Talia has provided guidance on digital marketing, software licensing, and SaaS agreements. She also works with clients to modernize commercial contracting processes and privacy practices, enabling in-house attorneys to function more efficiently and conserve resources.
