Tara Polston’s practice focuses on fund finance. Tara represents banks and financial institutions in structuring, negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities for private equity funds.
Tara received her J.D., with honors, from the University of North Carolina School of Law, and her B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Georgia.
