Taryn Harper focuses her practice on products liability litigation, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical, medical device, personal care, and consumer products litigation. She has experience with products liability matters in both state and federal courts, including single plaintiff actions and mass tort actions involving a variety of products and medical issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Taryn served as law clerk to three federal judges and gained early experience in general commercial, criminal, and civil litigation. Taryn serves as Pro Bono Coordinator for the firm’s Atlanta office. She is a member of the Defense Research Institute where she serves on the Steering Committees for the Drug and Medical Device Litigation Division and Young Lawyers Division. She is also actively involved in Atlanta Legal Aid Society, for which she serves on the Service Council Executive Committee.
