Theodora McCormick is a Member of the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group and is Co-Chair of the Sills Cummis & Gross Women’s Group. She focuses her practice on representing health care institutions, dietary supplement companies and pharmaceutical corporations in a variety of matters, including breach of contract, licensing disputes, class action defense, consumer fraud, unfair competition and false advertising under the Lanham Act. Ms. McCormick has also represented clients in complex adversarial proceedings with the FDA and FTC relating to the adequacy of substantiation of advertising claims.
She received her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 1998 and her B.A. from Tulane University in 1992. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
