Tom McKee’s practice involves a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including business disputes, contract disputes, employment disputes, and appellate advocacy. Tom regularly represents developers, financial institutions, and businesses in various types of lending, commercial, and construction disputes. He has experience defending financial institutions in various contexts, including allegations of predatory lending, Truth-in-Lending, and Electronic Funds Transfer Act violations. In addition, Tom represents employers facing discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, and retaliation claims.
