Vincent R. Lodato is an Associate in the Firm's Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Lodato’s practice concentrates on defending product liability matters including cases involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals and consumer products. His experience includes serving as member of the litigation team defending a pharmaceutical company in personal injury cases involving a drug used to treat Parkinson's disease. Mr. Lodato is also a member of a national counsel team defending a pharmaceutical company in the hormone replacement therapy (HRT) litigation. Mr. Lodato was also a member of a national counsel team defending two medical device manufacturers in the latex glove litigation and has defended pharmaceutical companies in various types of personal injury actions.
Mr. Lodato has additional product liability experience defending medical devices including syringes, ambulance stretchers and cold compresses, and cases involving various consumer products including treadmills, trampolines and cosmetic products. Moreover, he has litigated various types of personal injury matters and commercial matters involving trade secrets, contract disputes and employment matters on behalf of several prominent corporations.
