William Stroever is an associate in the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice of Greenberg Traurig. He concentrates on the areas of patent litigation and trademarks. He has assisted clients in a wide range of trademark and brand management issues, from prosecution and oppositions to licensing, protection and enforcement. William has also assisted clients with patent litigation matters involving a wide range of technologies and has experience with domain name issues, intellectual property assignments, trade secrets, unfair competition and Federal Circuit appeals.
