David Roth is an associate at Wiggin and Dana in the firm's Litigation Department and is a member of the firm’s Appellate, Art and Museum Law, and Intellectual Property practice groups and represents clients in a variety of complex civil litigation cases and appeals.   Mr. Roth was named a 2019 NLR Go-To Thought Leader for his regular and comprehensive overview of US Supreme Court (SCOTUS) litigation co-written with Wiggin and Dana colleague Tadgh A. J. Dooley. Roth & Dooley's Supreme Court updates are well thought out and provide the National Law Review's readers with a timely interpretation of the issues and before the Court.
