• Inventing a proprietary funding program for grantor retained annuity trusts for a U.S. family that, coupled with a remarkable increase in trust assets, within ten years resulted in one-half billion dollars of trust assets in GST exempt trusts with zero gift or GST taxes paid; an IRS gift and GST tax audit resulted in no change.
• Inventing a deferred limited liability company structure that provides the benefits of freeze partnerships without requiring annual payments of cash or property to the founder.
