Danyeale Chung is a partner in Cadwalader's Finance Group. She represents lenders in structuring, negotiating and documenting credit facilities.
Danyeale was recognized by the Fund Finance Association as part of its inaugural Rising Stars list. She was also included in the 2021-2023 editions of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for her work in Banking and Finance Law.
She received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
