Ms. Stockey concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, employment litigation, government enforcement, and compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”). With respect to her FCPA practice, she conducts investigations into prospective and existing foreign agents and business partners and assists in ensuring that companies are in compliance with the FCPA.

Ms. Stockey has assisted with internal investigations of business activities, individuals associated with clients, and foreign business partners. These investigations have addressed anonymous and whistleblower threats, fraud, foreign corrupt practices, employee theft, and international trade. Ms. Stockey has conducted internal investigations in the United States, South America, the Middle East, and Asia
