Thomas S. Loo's practice involves the financing and securities aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. A highly respected securities and corporate lawyer, Tom's practice has focused not only on the operational legal problems presented by emerging growth companies but also the methods to deliver value to management and shareholders through IPO and M&A liquidity strategies. Tom's career includes the representation of numerous successful international companies and 25 years of service on USC's Law Faculty teaching courses inSecurities Regulation and Business Planning. In that connection Tom has served as a director on several public boards at the request of the SEC. He also has served on a number of private and public company boards of directors.
