The U.S. Department of Labor (“DOL”) had planned to begin accepting electronic submissions of VETS 100/VETS-100A forms on August 1, 2011. However, due to technical problems on the DOL’s website, the deadline has been extended from September 30, 2011 to November 30, 2011. The new deadlines are dependant upon the DOL’s plan to have the website up and running by October 1, 2011. If a VETS 100/100A report needs to be submitted immediately so that funds may be obligated to a contract for a contractor that did not submit a report for the 2010 cycle, federal contractors may do so via email to VETS100-customersupport@dol.gov or paper submission to Veterans Employment & Training Service (VETS) Service Center, c/o Department of Labor National Contact Center (DOL-NCC), 14120 Newbrook Dr, Suite 200, Chantilly, VA 20151.
