  • Brian Kelly is a member of the firm's Energy, Finance and Real Estate practice. His work focuses on energy project and infrastructure development, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance. Mr. Kelly has worked on energy, infrastructure and finance transactions in the United States and globally. Mr. Kelly also has experience in structuring and negotiating transactions with an export control component as well as negotiating with the Department of State and Department of Commerce in furtherance of obtaining such export authority. 

    He has experience in the structuring, negotiating and drafting power purchase agreements, tolling agreements, joint development agreements, engineering, procurement and construction contracts, operation and maintenance agreements, equipment purchase agreements, long-term service agreements, fuel supply and transportation agreements, purchase and sale agreements, technical assistance agreements, manufacturing license agreements and warehousing agreements.
