Complementary Team Members - Marc Andreessen's Netscape Team [VIDEO]

Jeff Davids and Jeremy Glaser discuss the example of Marc Andreessen's Netscape Team to illustrate the importance of building a strong team for your start-up.  Andreesen made sure to build a team that played to his strengths, understood that he was the "tech guy" and allowed other individuals to handle the other issues involved in developing a start-up--raising capital, sheparding through the IPO, etc.  Jeremy Glaser and Jeff Davids point out that Marc Andreessen's understanding that it would serve his company better to find a CEO with experience in building a company was a critical part of its success.
