Amy Drais is a member of the firm's Business and Real Estate Tax Practice Group. She has extensive experience in federal and international tax planning, as well as extensive transactional experience advising on tax matters in connection with investment funds, financing arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, low income housing and historic tax credits, and general tax planning for the firm's foreign and domestic clients.
Prior to becoming an associate at Wiggin and Dana, Amy was a tax associate at Proskauer Rose LLP in New York and Boston, as well as a tax associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York. In those roles, she advised clients on a broad range of domestic and international tax matters.
