Professional Biography

Gregory Bailey concentrates his practice on corporate litigation matters, serving as a member of the firm’s Gaming and Sports Law industry groups where he notably assists clients in gaming and sports-related matters. Greg advises a broad range of clients on business and contractual disputes, gaming compliance, and licensing issues. Greg regularly works with gaming industry clients, including casinos, internet gaming operators, sports betting companies, gaming related vendors, and other stakeholders. Greg prepares gaming and sports betting applications, advises clients on sports betting and gaming regulations, as well as matters involving compliance, liability disputes, business transactions, complex licensing matters, confidential investigations, and regulatory proceedings across multiple jurisdictions. Greg also has experience in commercial disputes and various risk management issues, including real estate, representing property owners and landlords in litigation matters.

Greg is actively involved in Blank Rome’s pro bono initiatives, including working with Afghanistan Refugees seeking Humanitarian Parole relief as well as other immigration-related services for clients.

During law school, Greg held a judicial internship with the Honorable Mark A. Kearney of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also served as the editor-in-chief of the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal, student attorney for the Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic, member of Villanova’s National Trial team, vice president of the Pro Bono Society, and president of the Jewish Law Students Association.

Outside the Firm

Greg enjoys fly fishing, Formula One racing, and being active outside with his wife, Michelle, and dog, Louie.
