James M. Guenthner

James Guenthner is a Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution associate in the firm’s Dallas office. Prior to joining Foley, James was a summer associate at another firm, where he researched and drafted memoranda and analyzed and organized legal documents for probate litigation matters. James’s experience includes working at a major technology company as a business analyst, and he is a former summer associate with Foley. He also is a member of the firm’s Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Team.
