Jonathan S. Lipnick is an associate and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Private Equity & Venture Capital Practice.
Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Lipnick served as a legal contract worker with Zagster, Inc., a TechStars and MassChallenge graduate, where he reported directly to the CEO and outside counsel. In summer 2013, he worked as a summer associate in the Boston office of a California-based firm, where he drafted a wide range of documents for emerging companies and venture capital funds. During law school, Mr. Lipnick held various internship positions, including as the legal officer with IDEA, Northeastern University’s Venture Accelerator, as a legal intern with the United States Attorney’s Office in Boston and as a judicial intern for Magistrate Judge Marianne B. Bowler in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
