In order to close deals, he finds creative solutions to difficult problems. This includes fostering cooperation between counterparties while creating efficiencies that can reduce overall response times.

Prior to joining Katten, Miran was an associate in the corporate department of a large, 1,100 attorney international law firm and was corporate counsel at a $21 billion dollar multinational corporation. He also serves on the American Bar Association's Section of International Law Steering Committee.
