Webinar, Hosted By Proskauer Rose LLP

Wednesday, June 30, 2021 - 5:00 AM

Program:

The European Commission recently published the final version of the new standard contractual clauses (“SCCs”), requiring many organizations that transfer or receive personal data originating in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) to implement these SCCs to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the Schrems II decision of the EU’s highest court. The panelists will discuss what companies will need to do in light of the European Data Protection Board’s guidance on Schrems II compliance, and will focus on practical and pragmatic steps for companies to consider when designing compliance programs to deal with these very significant developments.
