The National Law Review provides legal news and analysis covering a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters pertaining to rail, motor, and air craft.  Railroad law coverage includes: rail mergers, state taxation of railroads, the creation of short line carriers, and various other cases and regulatory developments of industry-wide significance. Automotive and motor carrier law practice news includes litigation and regulatory matters impacting motor carrier services and developments related to alternate fuel and driverless vehicles.
