iToday, the Department of Health and Human Services released the long-awaited Notice of Proposed Rulemaking seeking comment on proposed revisions to the Common Rule, aimed at modernizing, strengthening, and making the Common Rule more effective in protecting human subjects in research.
The pre-publication version of the rule may be accessed here. It is scheduled to be published in the Federal Register on September 8, 2015.
