Adimesh Lochan is a Member in the International Dispute Resolution & Investigations Practice Group and the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Practice Group at the multi-skilled, research-based international law firm, Nishith Desai Associates and is based out of its Mumbai office in India. Adimesh recently graduated from Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad and holds a degree in B. A. LL.B. (Business Law Honours). He is a promising asset to the team that represents various clients in a wide range of services, with a special focus on complex cross-border litigations and arbitration and restructuring mandates. He augments his practice areas with thought leadership on current issues and developments pertaining to arbitration and insolvency. He regularly participates in advisory workshops for in house counsels and professionals.  He is admitted to the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh and regularly appears in arbitrations and proceedings before all courts and tribunals. Adimesh enjoys playing football and watching movies.
