Alan’s practice includes the representation of banks; finance companies; other financial institutions; and corporate, partnership, trust, and individual borrowers in connection with a wide variety of financing transactions including leveraged buyout and acquisition financings, leveraged recapitalizations, working capital financings, asset-based financings, and letter of credit financings, at the large corporate and middle market levels.
