Alexander Wang specializes in antitrust/competition law (especially the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property), government affairs and regulatory matters. Mr. Wang is experienced in advising clients in a broad array of regulatory matters in connection with antitrust/competition, trade, and national security laws. A former official with the Anti-Monopoly Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) and the Anti-Monopoly Commission of China’s State Council, Mr. Wang has a deep and unique understanding of the way Chinese government mechanisms operate, and maintained sound working relationships with major Chinese regulatory authorities. He is admitted to the New York and District of Columbia Bar Administrations. He is also fluent in Mandarin and English.
