• Individual and class actions brought under federal and state antitrust laws for alleged agreements in restraint of trade and monopolization

• Complex commercial litigation and employment disputes

• Civil litigation under the False Claims Act and state equivalents

• Responses to Civil Investigative Demands and grand jury subpoenas in connection with government investigations of alleged health care fraud
