Andrew Falevich is a Shareholder in the New York office of Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Tax & Estate Planning group.

Mr. Falevich focuses his practice on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate and partnership reorganizations, and real estate, partnership, limited liability and joint venture transactions.

He has substantial experience in equity and debt financings (including real estate financings) and in planning for specialized entities such as S corporations and REITs.

Mr. Falevich also has extensive experience in state and local taxation (such as sales tax and real property transfer tax). He frequently represents clients in state and local tax audits and controversies.

He has represented clients in a number of industries, including banking, transportation, health care, technology and real estate.

Mr. Falevich is fluent in Russian.
