Andrew Teig, a Managing Director - Client Development within our New YorkInterim Legal Talent team, works with corporations, small businesses, nonprofits and law firms to identify legal talent solutions for their workforce challenges. He takes the time to listen to his clients’ needs and often presents out-of-the-box solutions that will optimize efficiency for the team. Andrew strives to help his clients and candidates improve their current situation and makes recommendation to lead them to greater success. His ultimate goal is to make a positive impact on the lives of his clients and candidates.
Andrew joined Major, Lindsey & Africa in 2016 working with candidates looking for flexible legal career alternatives and helping them explore interim opportunities. Before that, he worked both in-house and in private practice. As the general counsel and vice president of sales for Genius Education, he handled sales contracts—from drafting to implementation—oversaw quality assurance and implemented a risk management program. Prior to moving in-house, Andrew spent several years as an associate in a variety of law firms, developing litigation strategy and researching case law.
