Ashley Conaghan focuses her practice on complex insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. She regularly advises clients with respect to insurance coverage issues on several lines of insurance, including general and professional liability; drafts insurance policy language; and litigates coverage and bad faith cases for insurance companies. Ashley also engages in appeals of complex insurance coverage matters at the state and federal levels.
Before entering private practice, Ashley served as a judicial extern with United States Magistrate Judge Valdez.
