Brian Hurt focuses his practice on occupational safety and health (OSHA) and employment litigation matters. He has over 20 years of OSHA experience working for government agencies and in private practice. Hurt’s previous role as a Senior Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Labor provides him with valuable insight and experience in OSHA, MSHA, FLSA, ERISA, Title VII, and other whistleblower litigation under several different federal statutes. He has an extensive background in representing both private employers and government agencies. He also has experience representing Fortune 500 companies in traditional employment counseling and labor and employment litigation.
