Candace Headen Uduebor

Candace Headen Uduebor focuses her practice on environmental compliance and regulatory matters. She has experience in litigation, permitting, auditing, reporting, and state and federal agency enforcement matters. Candace assists in the representation of energy industry and state interests in environmental rule-making proceedings and challenges and works to minimize environmental liability risk for purchasers during asset acquisitions. She has served as research associate on several matters, providing clients answers to complex legal questions concerning the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act, and Department of Transportation regulations. Candace’s practice also includes counseling clients regarding local and international fire code compliance and the representation of manufacturers in class action products liability and toxic tort litigation.
