Christopher Cottrell ‌is a shareholder in the firm’s Corporate and Transactional Practice. His practice focuses on ‌strategic transactions involving energy and infrastructure businesses.

Mr. Cottrell previously worked in a business and commercial role‌ at Hilcorp Energy Company‌; and, before joining Polsinelli, helped lead several material transactions on behalf of public, private and private equity backed clients across multiple industries including energy, infrastructure, oil and gas exploration and production (E&P)‌, royalties, minerals, midstream, oilfield services and equipment, hospitality and technology ‌industries at a large global law firm.
