Dean has experience handling a variety of complex real estate transactions, ranging from the purchase and sale of individual properties to multi-state portfolios including senior living facilities, multi-family apartments, office buildings, retail, and mixed use centers, as well as leasing and development matters. Dean also represents clients in financing transactions, particularly in the multi-family and senior living space, including acquisition, construction, and mezzanine loans and preferred equity arrangements. Dean’s corporate experience includes the representation of both public and private companies ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters.
