Debra Squires-Lee is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, co-chair of the Business Litigation and Professional Liability Practice Groups, and co-chair of the firm's Mentoring Committee. Debra is an experienced trial lawyer and concentrates her practice on legal malpractice defense and complex commercial litigation. She defends lawyers and law firms in professional malpractice cases and before the Board of Bar Overseers. She also defends companies in “bet the company” litigation, including defense of trade secret misappropriation claims, complex contract disputes, and claims for violation of C. 93A
Deb is a lawyer to whom clients turn when they need an aggressive but practical approach to difficult matters, and her clients rely on her to create and implement a successful strategy when defending or avoiding litigation. She believes in a collaborative approach and involves her clients in every aspect of their defense.
