Elizabeth specialises in both litigious and non-litigious matters across employment law, industrial relations and occupational safety and health (OSH). Elizabeth's expertise includes advising on the management of injured or unwell employees, drafting employment agreements, investigations into workplace harassment/bullying, negotiating terms of deeds of settlement and release, advising on OSH obligations and providing general advice on employment related issues and risks. Her experience also spans across other practice areas, including energy and resources, and insurance and corporate risk (ICR), where she completed a six-month rotation in each during 2009. Elizabeth was exposed to both transactional work and litigation in these areas of law.
