Eve R. Keller is an associate in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Eve was an associate at a Philadelphia law firm where she defended hospitals and medical providers and advised them on complying with wage and hour, leave laws and federal, state and local COVID-19 vaccine mandates. Eve also worked for a boutique firm in New Jersey where she handled union grievances and arbitrations and served as judicial law clerk to the Hon. Ronald E. Bookbinder, A.J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County.

While in law school, Eve received the Barrister’s Award for Trial Advocacy and served as an Editorial Board Member for Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review. Eve is a former professional ballet dancer and now enjoys teaching ballet and supporting the performing arts.
