Mr. Saccomandi is a partner in the Business & Finance and Real Estate departments.  He represents clients in the areas of real estate, commercial financing and general corporate and commercial representation.  He has extensive experience in virtually all areas associated with real estate development, including retail, multi-family housing, office and manufacturing uses and including acquisition and sale, permitting and zoning, environmental law as it relates to land and land use, construction and commercial leasing (representing both landlord and tenant).  He has extensive experience in representing national and local banks and other lending institutions, as well as borrowers, in structuring and closing commercial financings encompassing both asset-based and real estate based loan transactions, including mezzanine financing.  Mr. Saccomandi has experience representing lenders and borrowers in connection with financings for renewable energy projects and other energy efficiency measures.
