Gemma Finlayson trained with  Squire Patton Boggs and qualified into our Labor & Employment Practice Group in our Leeds office in 2009. She covers all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law for a wide range of well-known national and international businesses. 

She has extensive experience in advisory work through both helplines and project work. This work can range between advising on restructures, redundancies, TUPE matters as well as general absence, grievance and disciplinary issues. Gemma also has extensive experience in advocacy and corporate support work.
